   With more access to a wide array of fitness products and services than ever before, choosing the right course can be overwhelming and even intimidating. I'm here to tell you, don't make a decision as important as your health and wellbeing based on "what's trending". Every human body is unique, YOU are unique! Your body has unique strengths, weaknesses, capabilities, and opportunities. If you are tired of one-size-fits-all fitness classes and workouts, then you are in the right place. My favorite part about my job, is assessing and progressing my clients.  I love developing progressive programs to reach the desired outcome in the least amount of time! This process, no matter what the goals are, always starts with a strong foundation! You might be amazed at what you are actually capable of doing when your joints function optimally!

I believe in a whole body approach to strength. From your head to your toes, you are a kinetic chain. Dysfunction anywhere, has an effect everywhere. From weekend warrior to competitive athlete, a strong core, mobile joints, and proper techniques are essential. Clients learn valuable tools in every single session.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Training with friends can add accountability and motivation to your fitness routine. Group training also saves money by sharing the cost of sessions. By doing individualized assessments and regularly scheduled check-ins, clients get a catered experience paired with the excitement of group training.
